Fried Papad is crispy traditional Indian chips made from flour of various legumes combined with aromatic spices. Tandoori Roti is a delicious, thin Indian flatbread made from whole wheat flour, cooked in a tandoori clay oven. Hot Indian flavored bread is perfectly combined with traditional curry, for example, Murg Tikka Masala (chicken fillet slices in curry sauce) or Danya Shorba soup (tomato broth with spices).
