Tortilla with garlic and cheese
Garlik Naan is a thin flatbread made of wheat yeast dough, sprinkled with garlic, and for more flavor and juiciness, greased with butter. Indian bread is prepared in a tandoori clay oven and served hot. It goes well with side dishes, for example, Veg Biryani (fried rice with vegetables and curry seasoning, served with raita), or with a traditional dish from the curry section – Chicken Curry (chicken fillet slices in curry sauce).
Fried Papad is crispy traditional Indian chips made from flour of various legumes combined with aromatic spices. Delicious healthy chips are perfectly combined with Palak Paneer (homemade cheese (paneer), in a thick paste of mashed spinach (palak)) or Tom Yam (spicy soup with shrimp, Thai sauce, lemongrass, bamboo, shiitaki and cherry tomatoes, served with rice).
Alu Kulcha is a crispy, soft, fragrant Indian flatbread, stuffed with potatoes and spicy spices. Indian bread goes well with dishes from the curry section, for example, Murg Makani (pieces of tandoor chicken fillet in spicy sauce), or with a meat snack – Chicken Chili (chicken fillet with vegetables and chili sauce).
Kim Naan is a hearty wheat tortilla with lamb combined with aromatic spices. Indian bread from tandoori clay oven goes well with Indian curry, for example, Shahi Paneer (homemade cheese in a thick tomato-cream sauce with the addition of spicy spices (curry) or noodles fried with vegetables.
