Saffron Rice

Veg Fried Rice is a dish of Indo-Chinese origin, where rice is fried with vegetables. In addition to spices, the dish turns out to be very fragrant and satisfying. It goes well with Murg Sikh Kebab (kebab made from chopped chicken fillet with spices, served with mint sauce and tandoor salad) or Fish Tikka (salmon from tandoori oven with spices, served with mint sauce and tandoor salad).
