Kadai Chicken is spicy pieces of chicken fillet in a delicate creamy curry sauce, combined with bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, as well as with spicy, aromatic spices. It goes well with Wedge Biriyani (fried rice with vegetables and curry seasoning, served with raita) or with Greek salad (vegetable salad with fetaxa cheese and olives).
