Tandoori Jinga is fragrant, crispy tiger prawns in yogurt marinade, baked in a tandoori clay oven. The dish is served with mint sauce and tandoor salad, which, on the one hand, sets off the taste of shrimp well, and on the other hand, makes it brighter. It goes well with Muli Ka Salad (daikon, cilantro, green onions, Indian spices) or noodles with vegetables.
