Papad

Cheese Garlik Naan is a thin flatbread made of wheat yeast dough, sprinkled with garlic and cheese, and for more flavor and juiciness, smeared with butter. Indian bread is cooked in a tandoori clay oven and served hot. It goes well with side dishes, for example, Wedge Biryani (fried rice with vegetables and curry seasoning, served with raita), or with a traditional dish  Chicken Curry (chicken fillet slices in curry sauce).
