Jira Alu is a vegetarian dish where sweet potatoes, first boiled and then fried until golden brown, are combined with cumin (jira) and fragrant spices. It goes well with Murg Malai Tikka (chicken fillet cooked in a tandoori clay oven, combined with a delicate creamy nut sauce) or Chili Fish (pieces of fish with vegetables, with the addition of chili sauce).
Dal Makani is a delicate creamy vegetarian curry made of black mash, red beans and Turkish peas (chana dal chickpeas). Thanks to legumes, the dish turns out to be very satisfying, but not high-calorie, and spices give an individual flavor. Dal Makani is served with Jira rice or Alu Kulcha (flatbread with potatoes).
Kadai Paneer is a vegitarian curry with warming and toning properties, due to spices, and homemade paneer cheese together with bell peppers, tomatoes and onions give satiety for a long time. Dish goes well with Tandoori Roti (whole wheat flour tortilla) or Jira rice (rice with cumin, mustard and lentils).
Baigan Masala is a vegetarian curry, where fried eggplant in the most delicate curry sauce, combined with aromatic spices, languishes in a special saucepan. This dish quickly gives satiety, but it does not harm the physical form. Baigan Masala is served with saffron rice or Alu Kulcha (flatbread stuffed with potatoes and spicy spices).
