Shahi Paneer is a dish of homemade cheese in a thick tomato-cream sauce with the addition of spicy spices (curry), which makes it fragrant and very satisfying. Vegetarian curry has many useful properties, and also helps to stay in shape. It goes well with Indian Tandoori Roti flatbread or steamed rice.

Baigan Masala is a vegetarian curry, where fried eggplant in the most delicate curry sauce, combined with aromatic spices, languishes in a special saucepan. This dish quickly gives satiety, but it does not harm the physical form. Baigan Masala is served with saffron rice or Alu Kulcha (flatbread stuffed with potatoes and spicy spices).
